Of course this is idealistically speaking, but this perspective offers points of growth as to not adopt false beliefs and limiting mindsets, and cultivate a growth mindset where we lean into stressors knowing they create critical points of plasticity for the desirable change we wish to further embody in our practices. It is possible to become more further along the self-realization process to leverage many of the intuitive systems we have in our body and environment to much greater degrees, where one can learn to do this more intentionally at will with our own purpose we lead ourselves by. "It’s surprising how many persons go through life without ever recognizing that their feelings toward other people are largely determined by their feelings toward themselves, and if you’re not comfortable within yourself, you can’t be comfortable with others.". There's also a great quote that talks about this kind of: It is our interpretation of our perception in our mind that shapes the experiences we have in our body.
